Send us your updated resume in PDF format through our website https://clicntap.com and it will be received by our Human Capital Management team who will in turn direct it to the technical manager of the position for review. It is important that your resume contains your email and telephone number so we can contact you.


You’ll be invited to join interviews by phone, video, or in person. You might go through a combination of behavioral, technical, and cultural fit interviews and assessments. Be ready to share examples of your work, your problem-solving abilities, and your collaboration skills. Remember, it’s not just about what you know, but how you approach challenges.

During the interview you might meet quite a few people, so, be yourself, stay  calm, and don’t hesitate to ask for clarification on who’s who if  needed. This is also the time to ask any questions  you may have about  the role. When your interview process is completed, our recruitment team will get in touch with you to share their decision.


Once you receive and accept an offer, it’s time to celebrate – and prepare for your arrival. Your journey with us doesn’t just start on day 1 -that’s why we have GetONBOARD, our Group onboarding initiative, to help you settle in and set you up for success.

First, you’ll receive a pre-boarding plan to help you prepare for your first day. From day one we’ll help you navigate your new world via a dedicated onboarding journey. You’ll be invited to take part in RISE,  a monthly virtual networking event to welcome all our new employees,  and hear from some of our leaders about what it means to be part of  clicntap.


Our work model is based on trust in the professionalism of our collaborators in their self-management based on the objectives, role and responsibilities in their assignments.


As is known, the pandemic accelerated the adoption of remote work with the support of remote management IT tools and to which clicntap is no stranger. Our collaborators have a group of tools that allow them to perform their tasks 80% remotely and 20% on site (this based on the nature of the project to which they are assigned)
