We carry out the analysis of the current situation in project management (not only IT) within the organization for the conceptualization of the new management model with the implementation of methodologies and best practices applied in multiple industries (Dailys, Kanban Boards, among others) with the support of cutting-edge software tools (Open Source and Non-Open Source) and customized to measure based on the business model and value chain.

We carry out project audits based on a methodological basis of the processes contemplated by the PMI (Project Management Institute), evaluating the cross-cutting support areas (known as Back Office) and the teams or work groups assigned 100% to each project. versus committed deliveries in the scope of service orders (SOW) for the detection of deviations and the design of solution strategies and actions.

The above includes risk assessment and the corresponding design of mitigation and/or elimination strategies and actions.

Audits are performed for both public sector entities (these assessments generally known as "White Papers") from a Laws-Regulations-Standards perspective as well as for private sector organizations (assessments from a SOX - Sarbanes Oxley basis as well as from a P&L basis)
